1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") govern the entire relationship between you (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "the Member", or "you") and ek555 (hereinafter referred to as "ek555", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") with respect to your use of all products, services, features, and content made available through the ek555 website and any associated mobile interfaces.

By completing the registration process, by depositing funds, by placing any wager, or by otherwise accessing any portion of the ek555 platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms unconditionally and in full. ek555 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension pending verification. Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of an ineligible person will be closed immediately and any related winnings may be voided.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the ek555 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. The submission of false, incomplete, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. ek555 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You must notify ek555 support immediately via live chat if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected breach of your account security. ek555 may, at its sole discretion, suspend an account if there are reasonable grounds to suspect unauthorised access or identity fraud.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

ek555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and select Visa and Mastercard instruments where technically available. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

From time to time, ek555 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible members. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. ek555 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and collusion between members to exploit promotional offers.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the ek555 platform — including casino games, live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within the platform interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before participating.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the ek555 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and the overall arrangement and presentation of such content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ek555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ek555 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform.

The ek555 name, logo, and all associated brand marks are the exclusive property of ek555. Unauthorised use of any ek555 brand asset in any medium is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

ek555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other form of financial crime.
• Failure to complete satisfactory identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 21 or is otherwise ineligible to use the platform.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal of real-money funds will be processed subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
